We provide personal yoga sessions each day which explore the relationship held with the body and aims to reconnect you through the union of breath and movement to enable one’s journey of spiritual progression and self-realisation. After an initial consultation, considering areas of weakness and restriction in the body, as well as discussion of prior experience and expectation, together we form our yoga sessions, especially for you.
Our approach to yoga is gentle, explorative and we guide through supportive encouragement and empowerment. Our aim is to enable each student to form a relationship with body and mind, on their terms, in the comfort of their own personal space in which they can navigate their own development to enable a continual practice for life. This integral morning activity incorporates yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy management and elements of ceremony preparation. This work can be described as spiritual attunment and will constitute one of the most valuable aspects that can be taken from our time together.
Because of the important path that personal yoga opens, we offer an ongoing collaborative relationship with each student that extend throughout your yoga journey; sharing supportive materials, guidance and satisfying questions, mirroring the classical relationship of a yoga student and teacher. This feedback allows us to ensure we are providing correct foundational requirements at these early stages.
